User delete and putaway location in WMS

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi Team,

We are using WMS 15.0 and following issues found

1. While trying to delete the user in WMS Gui, system throws an error that  " record being used on other tables" ,, what are the pre-checks before deleting the user. please assist.

2. While performing putaway, on HH device for one of the item, Location_id is not displayed automatically. We have putaway plans and In item master editor , we have assigned the putaway plan for this item. But still in HH device, the location is not visible.

Request you to help me on above 2 scenarios.
