Attachment URL - using the attachment URL to view GL account reconciliation attachments

Unable to access file when using an Attachment URL.  I have gone through the process of setting up an Attachment URL in Query to view GL Account Reconciliation attachments but am not able to view the files.  Different messages are returned when selecting the attachment link from the query....you do not have access,  file type not correct etc.

Set up has been reviewed as well as security.

Sample of message when trying to open an attachment url -

Please review setup document and provide feedback on how we have it set up.

Requested file attachment ABBREV_NAME.xlsx is not available in database record PSFILE_ATTDET
