oam 11g: how to federate a ServiceProvider with a custom access management

Hello

we need to federate a SP that does not use OAM to protect resources.

They have a php form that collects user credentials and send it to the applications that validate accounts.

The IdenitityProvider is a protected OAM service.

What kind of federation ca we configure? Is it possible to federate a SP like that?
