What are the consequences if we stay with Ptools 8.54?

Hi,

My understanding is Ptools 8.54 is not supported by Oracle.  We are currently have HCM 9.2 with PUM 20.  Due to limited resource and other priorities, we are considering delaying our Ptools upgrade until next year.  I would like to know what could be are some of the issues we may encounter.
