Installing PUM 25 I get to Creating Tables steps and it errors with no messages in logs.

Here are the log files from when it hits this step.  I had this happen on the previous step and I was able to copy the script file out and run it against the database by hand, but this isn't how I want this process to work. 

After running it by hand the last time any step that did anything with the DB failed in the same way. (i.e Altering Tables, Creating Indexes, Recreating triggers)
