BI Publisher PDF output is jumbled/gibberish

Hello,

In the past few weeks, we've had multiple customer calls relating to BI Publisher report PDF output that's not rendering correctly. Here are some examples:

1) A user views the transcript PDF on-screen and it looks fine. When it prints, the letters used to make the column headers are scattered about the page.

2) The transcript PDF on-screen has text jumbled and scattered about. It is illegible.

3) A paycheck on-screen has text jumbled and scattered.

Has anyone else experienced this? Please let me know.
