restricting a particular USER ID in OIM to a particular IP address

-- I have a question regarding restricting a particular USER ID in OIM to a particular IP address. So for example, We have a OIM user ID for Help Desk (OIM_HELP_DESK)

which they use to login to manage passwords. As this user ID has the access to all identities in the system which makes

it very critical from security perspective. So we want to restrict the ID "OIM_HELP_DESK" to a particular IP address in a way that there should be a

check before loging in to OIM to make sure that it is coming from a valid known IP address. In case if it is not coiming from IP address known
