We just realized that while designing a simple PS FORM, once the form designer goes past Step 5 (Publish to Menu), system puts the entry as a menuitem. This happens despite the form being in design and not activated yet. The form cannot be previewed until Form Designer goes thru' all the steps.

Is this working as designed? Is system supposed to put an entry on the portal despite the form being in Design phase?
