UBBGEN encountered an error while configuring! with DPK installation

Installing Tools 8.56.06 using DPKs and psft_customizations.yaml file and receiving the below error when creating the process scheduler domain.
@ /tmp/temp_psadmin_930.txt' returned 255: Could not load program /xxx/psoft/ps92xxx/pt/ps_home8.56.06/bin/ubbgen:
Could not load module /xxx/psoft/ps92xxx/pt/ps_home8.56.06/bin/libpscmn.a.

System error: No such file or directory
