Will PS HCM 9.2 PUM 24 feature page and field configurator has an impact on Component Interface as

Hi Team,

Wanted to know if I make a field display only and default to a set value using page and field configurator and the same component has a corresponding component interface attached to it,can this mean that same behavior be attribute during the Component interface usage?
