How do I encrypt converted applicant passwords

Hello,

I am in the process of converting applicant data from our legacy system into PeopleSoft Recruiting 9.2.  PeopleTools 8.55.13.

Can you tell me how I might be able to default user passwords and encrypt them?  Maybe using DataMover?

The table is PS_HRS_APP_LOGIN

The fields are HRS_OPRPSWD and HRS_OPRPSWDSALT

PS.  I'm trying to use simple SQL Inserts and am not taking advantage of Application Engine which has the Encrypt features via PeopleCode.
