Once the Dispute is created,How Can we change the dispute reason code?
Hi,
In R12.1.3 Advance Collection collector created a dispute and in pending approval (
and is waiting the at find collector, (which can be corrected by AME, setup done like this because not to progress workflow with wrong reason code)
But we found that reason code need to be changed.
When collector receives call from customer and based on conversation, creating with one reason code but after investigation he found the other reason code to be selected.
Is there a way that can be changed with the same dispute number?
