Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. ELASTIC SEARCH returns no result as well as PTPORTALREGISTRY Index build is failing

Hi All,

I have deployed Elastic search and we are at PT 8.55.21 level , after installing Elastic search , our ping test round test are all succesfull ,

But while doing search build index for PTPORTAL REGISTRY we are getting the below error and also Elastic search is not returning any result .

Any help would be appreciated .
