Workflow based on Dynamic Members through role rules

There are two problems at hand. I will explain both of them one by one and hope that someone would answer me.

First Problem:  After making a query which is a role based query, is unique in its name meaning no other query with the same name exists, is public, doesn't have a prompt and only gets distinct oprid i.e. "SELECT DISTINCT OPRID"  I have made a role which is assigned dynamic members through this Query (Role rule). When I test the rule it works fine and returns me only one oprid which I desire. The problem is that I don't see that role in my user profile. Any ideas why that is happening?
