Billing Interface Excel Upload

Hello,  I am currently trying to implement the delivered Billing Excel Upload process and I am running into a login issue when I try to Generate XML & Post.  It keeps giving me Microsoft Excel box saying, 'Login was not successful.  Please check your user ID or password'.  Has anyone else experienced this issue?  I believe that we have the setup correct for the gateway, node, etc... I can't seem to find any documentation on the actual login process so I don't know where it is trying to log into, Portal or directly into TST.   We are currently  running PS
