View Approval Record/Table Name

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9.2 with no image/update and PT:8.53. I'm trying to find out name of the table/record via application manager by opening the page and finding the record review below screenshot but in vain as no such table/record exist. Kindly guide a way out to find out such table/record names.

Also, review below screenshot as we would like to dig out the following information Mr. Azher Abbas i.e. the table/record where such record reside:
