How to restrict Item which was already selected/Used in other Group and Not posted in AR

Hi ,

We have one requirement where user need the restriction/ message where while doing any transaction such as Payment,maintenance, Item which is selected in current group and the same used in some other group but that old group in not posted in the system(i.e Currently in Batch Standard/Do not Post) status.

For Example :

I am doing Maintenance Mapping where I have selected Item(A) ,Business Unit (B) and created Group Id (1)

Other person/User also doing Maintenance Mapping where he/she selected the same Item information i. e Item (A) having Business Unit (B) and created group Id (2).
