PSADMIN and BIN directory file generated with zero file size after PeopleTools 8.56.04 installation

Installation of PT 8.56.04 was successful in Linux server. However when tried to create domains , I invoked psadmin from $PS_HOME/appserv and did not work. I noticed most of the files in $PS_HOME/bin directory generated with zero file size. Is this known issue? How to rectify it.
