Does anyone have a fix to the Customer Hierarchy grid issue (Doc ID 2196033.1) for 9.1?

Doc ID 2196033.1 describes an issue with the Customer Hierarchy grid not displaying correctly when there is only one row to display (Customers -> Customer Information -> General Information, page "CUST_CORP_SELECT").  This was fixed in 9.2 bundle 21 by the look of it but we're still on 9.1.  Is there a customization I can apply to the page peoplecode on CUST_CORP_SELECT or the sub-page CUST_HIERARCHY_SBP that will tide us over until we get to 9.2?
