Table That Stores AP Payment Amount In Base Currency When Payment Currency Is Foreign Currency

Is there a table that stores the AP payment amount in base currency when the payment was made in a foreign currency? 

The PAYMENT_TBL only has PYMNT_AMT - Payment Amount and CURRENCY_PYMNT - Payment Currency fields.  For example, if a voucher & AP BU were denominated in USD but payment was denonminated in CAD, is there a table that shows the payment amount in USD since PAYMENT_TBL would have CAD?
