Fluid lookup searches are starting by "begin with"

Hi, we observe in Fluid lookup page that the search is not providing a very good user experience.

The users are often facing the problem that they do not find items because the search is "begin with" and in their mind they use it as if it was "contains" like modern tools.

This has a big impact on a large population of employees because the user experience is not good and they do not complete the transaction.

They also do not really care that they can use "Show Operators"

Do you know a way to setup this differently in Peoplesoft so that the default is "contains" instead of "begin with"?
