How the redirection happens in SSO from Fusion apps to OIM

Our environment is Fusion apps 11gR2 and with IDM integration.

The SSO is enabled in the environment and we are using OID.

Currently we are facing an issue where the redirection from Fusion to IDM is not going to correct port.

The port which is configure for IDM is 10778 whereas it is going to 10443.

I have validated the SSO agent configuration in OAM, the host Identifiers details and Access Manager setting all are pointing to port 10778.

But not able to find from where it is picking port 10443.

Currently the redirection is happening to :

https://idmapp.ahold.nl:10443/FSMIdentity/faces/pages/Self.jspx
