OUD - Replication Conflict keeps re-occurring (same user)

Hi,

We are starting to transition from OID to OUD now, and for OUD, we have a configuration with 4 OUD instances and they are configured for replication. 

We are encountering a problem where we are seeing replication conflict on one user.  The way that we ran across this was that we were checking for conflicts using ldapsearch, e.g.,:

[orcladmin@awsdlgxslvivd03 bin]$ ./ldapsearch -h awsservervivd03 -p 1389 -D "cn=orcladmin" -j ./pass.txt -b "o=ZZZ,c=US" '(ds-sync-conflict=*)' dn ds-sync-conflict

dn: entryuuid=f2e33154-5b72-407d-be7e-3a8f15ac5698+cn=mlydia glm01,ou=People,ou=xxx,ou=YYY,o=ZZZ,c=us
