Temp Tablespace of (12c) database exhausted during Target Reconciliation using OIM 11.1.2.3

in Identity Management (MOSC) Question

We have following configuration using OIM (in cluster):

OIM version: 11.1.2.3 Oracle DB version: 12.1.0 Platform: RHEL 2.6.32-220.el6 x86_64 [RAM-12GB,HD-~75GB,CPU-4 CPUs ]

OIM Node-1&2 configuration: RAM: 16GB,HD:136GB,CPU:2

Total number of users in LDAP= 3.5 Million

DB parameter: Sessions=1222, Processes= 800,sort_area_size=131072, shared_pool_size=512M, db_cache_size=48M

We are executing OIM trusted and target recon process to move users from LDAP to Oracle DB. The reconciliation process is executed using the LDAP filters (applied on greaterThanOrEqualTo function and using createTimestamp). 3.5 million users divided into multiple batches of around 100K each for reconciliation of user records from LDAP to Oracle DB. Trusted reconciliation job (i.e LDAP Connector Trusted User Reconciliation) of all batches has been executed successfully.
