GST patches for new 12.2.7 instance

Dear Experts,

We have configured new 12.2.7 version of Oracle and since there are many patches can someone help on patch details required as on date. For example when we are going to apply RUP10 RUP1 may not be required, like this we want to know what exact patches are required for new instance.
