PTF using PAGE.Prompt for a component with single row search record (e.g. INSTALLATION)

Is it possible to use the Page.Prompt method of navigation for a component with a single record search record, such as INSTALLATION ?

I can't seem to get around the error "Page.Prompt: The action mode is not defined for this case."

I'm trying to navigate in FSCM to Employee Self Service > Payment Reqeust Center.

I'm trying to execute Page.Prompt PAYMENT_REQUEST.PR_REQUEST.GBL urltype=portal in FSCM, and I've tried all the actions but can't get around the error.
