SSO session creation failed - Session count for user has reached the maximum session limit per user.

Hi Team,

After upgrade to 11gR2 PS3, getting maximum session limit reached for users trying to authenticate from Excel ( Using WEBAdi plugin and Smartview ) to OAM.

Max session limit in OAM is set to 5. But this was working fine before the upgrade.

Any ideas / suggestions when accessing applications from Excel. If user close a particular excel sheet, OAM session needs to get cleared.

<Error> <oracle.oam.controller> <OAM-02054> <SSO session creation failed.

oracle.security.am.common.utilities.exception.AmRuntimeException: Session count for user U1088014 has reached the maximum session limit per user.

at oracle.security.am.engines.sme.mgr.AbstractSessionManager.handleMaxSessionViolation(AbstractSessionManager.java:655)
