I am the DBA supporting the Oracle databases PeopleSoft HR and Finance.

We have intermittent issues with ora-04036 : PGA memory used by the instance exceeds PGA_AGGREGATE_LIMIT.

Taking a generalized approach to dealing with it has been like playing whack-a-mole. Setting one memory parm impacts the calculations for others

I looking to find any official guidance on PS-specfic recommendations for setting SGA and PGA sizing parms.

Database is Oracle 12.1.0.2 SE-2
