Are there any "best practices" or recommendations for profiles/file exclusion for sophos AV and PeopleSoft on linux?

 

We recently purchased sophos cloud-based AV and have installed it on some of our linux app and web servers. We are running into issues with the stupid sophos client performing it's initial full scan, and it is using 2.5 GB of the 10 GB RAM we have installed on this particular server.

 

Some guidance would be appreciated.
