We have a requirement to assign the Collectors to Customers based on the Aging Buckets

We have a requirement to assign the Collectors to Customers based on the Aging Buckets.

e.g. 30 days past due customers will be assigned to Collector-A, 60 to 90 past dues to Collector-B

And this is something will change every week like 30 days past due customers can be assigned to Collector-B also.

Does anyone has any input or suggestion on the above requirement?
