Oracle ACME 4600 Connection Closed

Is there a way to fix the connection closed issue on Oracle ACME 4600 remotely? The ACME 4600 is in the data center located at another location from my office. I was able to ssh or SFTP to the ACME 4600 earlier. I think something happened that might have caused the limitation of # of connection on the 4600. Since I cannot ssh to the 4600, I cannot run a command line to kill users. Is there a way to reset the connection or any workaround instead of having to connect to the console port on the 4600?
