JGEN not validating projects and activities for journal entries from the banking module.

Banking and cash management journal entries which are generated from the 'TR_ACCTG_LINE' table are generating with invalid projects and project combo edits.  This is the only module which is causing this issue.  Looking for some advice on tracking down and correcting this issue.
