Build / Alter script for temp table during PI update

Hi,

We recently live with 9.2 upgrade and currently planning for PI24 to26 PI update. It sounds like we are missing temp table build or alter script. For example, we have new temp table delivered AP_MTRCV3_T but it's instances are not built (Total instance are 10 (online) + 5 (AE batch)) after applying the images through CA. Is there a separate process to build / alter temp tables post the image is applied ? Or something like script is missed in the CA template. Could someone provide details around this would be helpful?
