Tree called/records in query

Dear All
We are using PSFSCM 9.2 PT 8.53 with no image update. Is it possible to call i.e. use a tree whether newly created or already created one in a query. We want this functionality to design some dynamic queries e.g. so that a user having no knowledge of query could easily visit his tree add a node and extract the information which he desires.
