Home page tiles display "Reporting Entity setup is missing"

We're trying to turn on fluid user interface in FSCM 9.2 image 26 with PT 8.55.17. Some delivered tiles display this on the tile "Reporting Entity setup is missing. Please contact System Admin", example, under Procurement Operations homepage, tile "Group Contract Summary" and "Procurement Spend Analysis". Do you know what reporting entity setup is missing here? Thanks.
