Not able to capitalize RCM Non-Recoverable taxes

Hi Experts,

Q: Client purchased some licences which is having the RCM Non-Recoverable taxes as the RCM taxes directly generating in GL we are not able to capitalize the RCM taxes which is supposed to capitalize with the licences.

Any pointers highly appreciated.
