Workflow activity 'Wait for Concurrent program' taking too long to complete.

Hi All,

We have some blanket purchase agreements where the workflow activity 'Wait for Concurrent program' is taking more than 50 mins to complete when user is submitting the PO and reaching to next level of approver. Ideally it should not take more than  2-3 mins of time.

Could somebody advise on this?
