OUD: dsconfig - admin port: Unable to connect the server at "localhost" on port 4444

Hi all,

the admin port is available and works on ODSM. If I try to use port for console e.g. for dsconfig, then I get the error: Unable to connect the server at "localhost" on port 4444

It seems, the issue is a TLS-issue and certificate, but I could not find a complete solution or doc in Oracle KM.
