GL WorkCenter Configuration Delivered in PUM24- What step Updates this?

Hi PeopleSoft GL Friends,

We are running our Change Assistant PUM process for all changes from PUM12 - PUM26.  Our GL WorkCenter doesn't look like the configurations were updated.  We are trying to find the step that was supposed to update the WorkCenter like add the 3 sections of Journal Processing, My Approval, and Exceptions, add new views of Mass Delete, Submit Journal for Approval in Mass, Push Back/Deny Journal for Rework etc.  I am thinking this config data should have been pulled in somewhere, but can't find exactly where.

Does anyone have any ideas?
