SQR PDF output to print bi-directional Persian(Farsi) language.

   I have a request to add help information text in two additional languages besides English to the end of multiple reports in Benefits.  The help information

is to give them contact information if they cannot read English.  The two languages are Spanish and Farsi which is a Persian dialect used in Iran, Iraq, and

Persian Gulf states.  Has anyone changed an SQR to print a bi-directional language statement  that can help me understand how to do this?

     I did open an Oracle SR.  While the rep has been helpful he cannot give me a step by step example of how to accomplish this which is what I need.
