Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721).

Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721).

We are getting the above error when we tried communicate with the trird party system.

We found the following document (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=553559707363651&id=658744.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=1bw3jrie2r_4) from the Oracle support website and our PS admin had applied the certificate by following those instructions.

We are still getting "Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721)".

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
