Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721).

We are getting the above error when we tried communicate with the trird party system.

We found the following document (https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/DocumentDisplay?_afrLoop=553559707363651&id=658744.1&_afrWindowMode=0&_adf.ctrl-state=1bw3jrie2r_4) from the Oracle support website and our PS admin had applied the certificate by following those instructions.

We are still getting "Integration Gateway - External System Contact Error (158,10721)".

Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
