Purchase Order details are not available.

Hi Team - I am trying to personalize iSupplier Portal and was able to open PO details page but when I hit the "Personalize Page" I am getting the error "Purchase Order details are not available.". I did not have the same experience in prior instance.

We are on 12.2.6. Any URGENT help would be highly appreciated.
