SSL Issues

Hello,

We are doing tools upgrade from 8.53.12 to 8.55.11. FSCM 9.2 module.

We had SSL working in our 8.53.12 region. No issues there. After upgrading SSL is not working in 8.55.11 region. I tried multiple things.

This is what i did

1. Since both 8.53.12 and 8.55.11 are on same physical hardware, i copied PSKEY from 8.53 site to 8.55 site. The URL is same but different port # and site name.

2. I copied the digital certificate with in peoplesoft

Opened ticket with Oracle Support. Did WebEx. The rep, went thru my setting and everything seemed normal.

I am getting signon page in HTTPS. But after i enter my ID / Password, the routing dies. For some time, i was trying to route to HTTP site. I don't have virtual address in my Web profile
