Re-install Elasticsearch when upgrading PeopleTools?

We are preparing to upgrade PeopleTools from 8.55 to 8.56 and are currently using Elasticsearch installed from the ES DKP for 8.55, does Elasticsearch need to be re-installed using the ES DPK for PeopleTools 8.56 when we uprade PeopleTools?
