How do I update the default Last # of Days setting on Report Manager List page?

How do I update the default Last # of Days setting on Report Manager List page?

Our default setting is 5 days.  I know the settings can be updated as an individual user.  However, it is not intuitive enough for our end users so I'd like it to default to 30 days or All. 

Even with using the Explorer tab, they do not realize they can click "Next" to view more reports.  We supply quick reference guides, but end users don't read them.

Any other suggestions for altering the view of reports distributed to report manager is appreciated.
