OIM 12 trusted recon rule not working

Hi all, I have a success factor connector, which for default matches OIM User  ID vs Username. I need to chante it, to <SomeUniqueUDF> vs Username (instead of User ID).

I changed it on design console, but reconciliation appears to still be looking for the old rule (scenario: i recon a new user, and is created in OIM, then I recon again, and says that "user id already exist in OIM")

Is there another place where I need to modify ootb settings? Thanks!
