GST - Not able to Process Claims

Hi Experts,

We are not able to claim the taxes through process recovery form.

We have selected one document to process when we click on Process nothing has happened, not even showing the any error message for the same (simple check box is unchecked).

Any pointers for the same highly appreciated.
