Requirement to store AR Customer Contact details in DFF stored at Collections workbench
Hi Gurus,
We are on R12.2.4. In our current client, we have two separate departments:- Collections department and MDM Team (Who manages Customer Master)
Due to segregation of duties, Collections department do not have access to Customer Master and hence want a way to update/store AR Customer contact information in Collections Workbench via DFF.
So, is it possible to create a DFF under Collections Workbench and store the information, If so, what is the name of DFF title which we can use?
