IB Broker Transaction Stuck in Working

Hi,

We have some IB transactions going through the etravel module that sometimes(very often) are stuck in Working status for a long period of time (they never finish)

What we have been doing is putting the transaction in Cancelled status and then resubmitting the cancelled transaction.

99% of the time .. the resubmitted transaction goes to completion.

We are looking for a solution to the STUCK in Working issue

We are in Peopletools – 8.55.13 – had issues before in last version of tools also .. 8.53.
