Incoming confirmation file for WIRE payments not loading

Hi there,

   We are using PS 9.2 PT8.55. We send out wire payments and banks sends back a confirmation file to load to PS.  Do you folks know what is the right file format so that the confirmation file loads in PS? Our bank said that the file is a standard confirmation file.
